SNIPSQUAD: A Richard Laak Game
Effective 3 October 2026 · Version 1.0 offline release
This policy explains how LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD handles information in the offline version of SNIPSQUAD and on this website. Contact us at [email protected].
Information in the offline game
The version 1.0 offline game does not require a player account and does not send your gameplay progress or formation to our multiplayer server. Your chosen callsign, avatar, settings, and game progress are stored locally on your device. This includes progress such as wins, experience, credits, and unlocks.
The release does not include an enabled third-party analytics service, advertising network, or crash-reporting service. A promotional link may open an external website in your browser; that website handles information under its own privacy policy.
Website visits
Our website uses hosting and security services provided by Hostinger and Cloudflare. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose faults. This website does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Security providers may use technologies necessary to protect and deliver the site.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your name, device model, game version, screenshots, or a description of a problem. We use this information to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
Purchases and platform services
Apple and Google handle store accounts, app purchases, downloads, and any platform diagnostics you choose to share. We do not receive your payment card details. Their processing is covered by their respective privacy policies and your platform settings.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to provide the website, respond to support requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, security, or email, or disclosed where required by law.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. Technical logs are subject to provider retention settings. Local game data remains on your device until removed or reset; device or cloud backups may retain copies under your platform settings. Service providers may process information in other countries.
Your choices
You can change game settings in the app and manage local app data and backups through your device settings. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us. Rights depend on applicable law, and you may raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Children
The offline game does not ask players to provide an age or create an account. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its removal.
Future online features
Online multiplayer is outside the version 1.0 offline release covered here. We will update this policy before introducing features that change how player information is handled.
Policy updates
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. For questions, email [email protected].
